Who I work with

I work with people who hold themselves to a high standard in their work and want their body to match it — most often professionals from in and around Canary Wharf, where I've trained clients for around two years. Busy, capable people who are short on time and would rather have their training handled properly than leave it to chance. The brief stays the same whoever you are: build a body that's stronger, leaner, and genuinely backs you up in the rest of your life.

Coaching in your language

I'm originally from Ukraine and fluent in Russian and Ukrainian as well as English, and I coach a number of Russian-speaking clients in Canary Wharf in their own language. It's a small thing that makes a big difference: when the technique cues, the reasoning behind a programme, and our progress conversations all happen in your first language, nothing gets lost in translation — and the coaching is simply clearer and more comfortable. Whichever of the three languages suits you best, that's how we'll work.

My method

Everything starts with an honest assessment of where you are, then a programme built around your body and your week. Strength, muscle, and fat loss are programmed together rather than chased in isolation, with practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance set up alongside the training so it fits a demanding schedule. Load is earned, progress follows capacity, and the plan keeps evolving so it doesn't go stale. The aim is training that keeps working for years, not a short burst that fizzles out.

How I work

I keep the offer deliberately simple: two ways to train. 1-2-1 personal training at UNTIL Canary Wharf, where I now coach exclusively, for hands-on attention every session; or online coaching for people who train confidently on their own and want it programmed properly with regular check-ins. Both are built around your goals and your real schedule, and both can be delivered in English, Russian, or Ukrainian. The goal is straightforward — wake up feeling stronger, look the way you want to, and perform at your best well beyond the gym.
