Data-driven strength, muscle and fat-loss programming from a real coach, wherever you train.

The short answer
Online coaching with Colossus PT is a personalised strength, muscle, and fat-loss programme delivered remotely: built specifically for you, the same way Eugene programmes his in-person work, and provided through an app or shared plan you follow at your own gym, on your own schedule. It is for people who can train on their own but want it programmed properly and held accountable, with regular check-ins to keep it on track.
It is the same thinking behind the 1-2-1 work, adapted to remote delivery: a structured, progressive programme, practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and regular check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions. The guidance is built in alongside the training so progress stays sustainable.
What it does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction: that is what the 1-2-1 service is for. Check-ins can be in English, Russian, or Ukrainian, whichever you prefer. It suits people who already train with reasonable confidence and want their training to move with their schedule rather than be tied to one gym.
Online coaching is expert programming for people who already train with confidence on their own. This is ideal for you if you:
Expert programming and regular accountability, wherever and whenever you train.
A fully personalised plan built around your goals, the equipment you have and your weekly schedule. Not a generic template.
Your programme arrives session by session through an app or shared plan, with clear instructions you follow at your own gym.
Strength, muscle and body-composition work programmed together, drawing on the same thinking as the in-person coaching.
You report back and Eugene reviews progress, answers questions and adjusts the plan, so it keeps moving forward.
Practical guidance set up alongside the training, so the sessions and the rest of your week pull in the same direction.
Written feedback and check-ins in English, Russian or Ukrainian, whichever you are most comfortable with.
Train at your own gym, around travel and long hours, while the programming stays in expert hands.
Built for people who already train with reasonable confidence and want it programmed properly and held accountable.
Online coaching gives you programming from a real strength coach and regular check-ins, so you train confidently on your own with a plan that adapts as you progress.
You start with a detailed onboarding: your goals, training history, any injuries, the equipment you can access and your weekly schedule. It is the remote equivalent of an in-person assessment, so the first programme fits your real situation.
A personalised, progressive programme is delivered through an app or shared plan, with clear instructions and demonstrations. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance is set up alongside it so everything pulls toward your goals.
You train on your own schedule and report back through regular check-ins. Eugene reviews your progress, answers questions, and adjusts load, exercises and focus, so the programme keeps evolving with you.

FAQ
Online coaching gives you the same calibre of programming and accountability remotely, delivered through an app or plan with regular check-ins. What it does not include is in-person, in-the-moment technique correction, that is what 1-2-1 personal training is for. Online suits people who can already train with reasonable confidence on their own.
You need access to a gym or enough equipment to train properly, that is established during onboarding so the programme is built around what you actually have. Eugene tailors the exercise selection to your setup, whether that is a fully equipped gym or a more limited home or hotel setup while you travel for work.
Yes. Eugene is originally from Ukraine and is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian as well as English, so check-ins and written feedback can be in whichever language you are most comfortable with. Communicating in your first language makes the reasoning behind the programme and any technique notes much clearer.
Yes, if you train consistently and follow the plan. The programming applies the same progressive principles as the in-person work, combining strength, muscle, and conditioning. The variable that decides results is your consistency and recovery; the check-ins exist to keep both on track and to keep the programme moving forward.
Get in touch via the contact section below, or message Eugene on Instagram at @colossus.pt, with a little about your goals and your current training. He will reply to talk through whether online coaching is the right fit, or whether 1-2-1 training would serve you better, before anything is set up.
